How do you raise idle? The rpms are too low and car will shake when idling.

Idle is controled by cars computer it is not adjustable.
Have the ISC idle speed control motor checked for proper operation.

Also try cleaning out the throttle bore with carb cleaner and a rag, this will help stabilize the idle too
