I want to be as specific as possible with this problem so that you may best understand and help me. The front right (passenger) tires shakes and wobbles a lot, including the stearing wheel, even at 10mph and excessively at 45+mph. This is a recent problem, i have checked to make sure that the wheel is tight and not loose, i don't think that it could be a bad tire or miss-alignment. Please before you answer, consider all the possible causes excluding miss-alingment and balancing and loose tires/wheels. The shaking is so excessive that i have not taken the vehicle out on the road.

hello and thanks for the donation!

there are many things you will need to check for this problem. start with checking the front drive axles. a CV joint can wear allowing the axle to bind causing a front end vibration. next, check the upper and lower ball joints for wear. if the ball joints are worn, it will cause the spindle to wander causing the steering wheel to shake. if these are OK, check the idler arm and tie rod ends. the idler arm, pitman arm and tie rod ends can be inspected by having a helper turn the steering wheel slightly (jog) back and forth. if excess movement is observed from any of the steering components, replacement is needed. for a specific wheel to have a shake, this is most likely caused by a faulty wheel bearing though. lift up the wheel and try to wiggle it. you can also jack up vehicle and put in gear, give fuel to make the suspected wheel spin and listen for the wheel bearing.
