Drive Train Axles Bearings problem

hi guys, my eclipse shakes real bad under acceleration at mph over 35-40 when i let off the gas it stops. for instance i get the car to 60 and it feels like it is going to throw me out and the wheels fall off. when i let off the gas and just coast it rides smoothe, touch the gas again no matter how slight it starts again. i just replaced the motor mounts , spark plugs and oil but that didnt seem to work. i also just had tires put on and balanced. i do have a little play in the drive axels where they enter the tranny but not sure how much is ok any help on this would be great as i am at my wits end with this thing
