Missing a Fuse for " Air Pmp 3.4L"

Went to check out the fuse for update on this 1996 Buick Regal. Under the hood. Passenger side. No fuze is there? Nothing. Not even a plug. No connection slot for this fuse? Ive seen 2 different Diagram for that slot. One has it and one doesn't? My box has a picture of where it should be. Its not. Why is that?

So if they made the car two different ways maybe yours was the one without

When you look down inside if the fuze terminal do you see anything or is it empty? Or a blank receptical

Also are you saying you do have the device but not the fuze for the device ? If you dint have the device then of coarse no need for a fuze ..in other worlds different models use one and others don't every manufacturer does this ..they have different vehicles with the same fuze pannels they just leave some blank if they're not needed

Whats the component you think you have that needs a fuze designation? In otherworldly what would this fuze go to ..thats missing ..this is vary comon
