misfire with fuel cut off

Hi, I have the car listed above SEI model. My car has a misfire, had it in garage had plugs and coil packs done. Essentric valve sensor, done rocker cover gasket done, timing chain done, rocker cover gasket done, mass air flow sensor checked for intake leaks with smoke test no leaks. Also injectors have been checked, but still misfiring cylinder one with fuel cut off. At a loss now to what to try so is my garage. Any help would be appreciated.
