Misfire and does not rev over 1,600 RPMs

I have stored codes for a misfire on all cylinders, cam position sensors, crank shaft position sensors.
I've replaced those sensors, changed the timing chain, taken the catalytic converter off to see if it's clogged and it was fine. I've changed the VVT solenoids, PCV, coil packs and spark plugs. I've changed the fuel injectors and cleaned out the intake manifold. I've got 500 PSI at the fuel rail at idle and around 2,500 PSI upon acceleration.
I've still got a misfire, not sure which one yet and I can't rev over 1,600 RPMs.

Can you help me clarify something first? You said you have 500 PSI, but did you mean kPa?

Is this engine a gas engine or diesel?

I show the 1.6L as a gas engine but if this is outside the USA then that would make sense why it is a diesel and has higher pressure.

So, if you have 500 kPa then that is the correct pressure, and we are good to move on.

So, if you have misfires and cam/crank codes, please provide all the codes that you have, and we can start working through this and figure out what is going on.

However, we are going to have to check the compression of the engine as well just to find out if we have an issue here as we could have valves hanging open. So, let's run through all this info and then go from there.
