Codes don't tell you what to change or what is bad. They merely record a specific situation that the technician has to diagnose.

What are the exact code numbers being set now and what are the symptoms?

Are those codes current? Did you clear everything after the last repair?

You must have a wiring or PCM problem. I'd start looking for a bad connector somewhere in the harness that feeds those coils.. You're also setting a VVT code.

Somebody is going to need a lab scope to track down where that is happening.
