Can I install Mirrorlink or Android Auto in this vehicle?

can the vehicle listed above be retrofitted with Mirrorlink or Android Auto? the Navigation system in the car is terrible!

They might have a kit you can install but you can't replace the NAV with anything other than the original equipment system, sorry.
