2001 Mini Cooper 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

my centrelocking on my mini opens but dose not lock if i disconnet the battery and reconnect then it work for 3 to 4 time with fobe then stop workeing

check the battery in the fob .. have the fob reprogrammed to the car
