Conditions are: cruise control at 60 MPH, RPM at 1500. When on a level grade and changing to a mild increase in grade (3% or so) engine will miss a couple of times then smooth out. The same miss occurs when reaching the top of the grade when it levels off. So it's something that has to do with the throttle's initial increase or decrease. With volt meter checked TPS (including tapping on it); idle bypass valve, ignition coil pack, CPM, Mass Airflow Sensor cleaned, new GM spark plug wires, new NGK plugs.
Engine starts immediately on the second try and rarely on the first try (4 seconds crank)
