Some mice almost chewed through all the wires, and I need to know what fuses correspond to said wires and how to trace them without dismantling the entire harness.
Is there a diagram I can refer to or a certain tool I can use to simplify the process? Several wires are the same colors and I'm not sure if they either go to a relay or a fuse or if the color signifies the amperage.

Hello, do you have access to a multimeter? That way you can check for continuity from each wire to the fuses in the fuse box.

Here are the Power Distribution wiring diagrams, 1,2- top, bottom, etc. There are many wires that are the same colors. So, you will have to trace each wire from its fuse to the broken section, and then do the same for the other broken half to its component.
The 4 of the 6 Red wires run to the I/P fuse panel located on the right side of the dash behind the Glove box. To the C1 connector which we'll try to find the pinout for to make it easier to identify the wires.

Here are the connectors for the Under-hood fuse block and the connectors for IP Fuse panel, with an example of how to locate the connector number and pin number (diagrams 1,2). This should help with finding where each wire goes to.
