Metal to metal screeching noise coming from the passenger side

Metal to metal screeching noise coming from the passenger side. The sound goes away for a short period of time while going straight, but when I turn left the noise gets really loud. It does not seem to be the brake pad wear indicators. Brakes seem fine and it doesn't make the noise worse when braking. power steering fluid is full, and the last time I checked, the brake fluid was also full.
