1996 Mercury Villager/186,000 km/3.0 L engine size
------------------------------------------------------------------------

After driving my van when the engine gets warm the radiator fan starts working but doesn't stop.It just keeps working. At the beginning I thought I turned on the A/C by mistake but I didn't.
I want to point out that when I start the car the fan is off.
Thanks in advance for any ideas what could be the problem. :)

You have 3 relays 2 of them is for high an 1 for low. Have it tested when it checks out-get the coolant temperature sensor check if its good and all wiring test good for shorts and opens -its coming from the computer which is responsible for energizing the relays.
