what is the normal flat rate fee for labor per hour at a dealership to replace the timing belt. The dealership said that it is about a ten hour job. He estimated that it would cost about 945.00 plus tax. Is this a reasonable estimate. He also said that a tune up is also neccessary. I'm just trying to see if these costs are reasonable and justifiable.
