Getting code P0325 Knock Sensor Bank 1 or 1 sensor 1 circuit malfunction. Car start fine when cold will run 20 - 30 minutes no miss all seems fine then seems to start running rough and missing etc. and dies. Have replaced distributor cap, rotor, plugs, wires, Fuel Filter, ignition coil , power transistor I.E. ignition module. Could this be exhaust system i.e. catalytic converter, etc. Have tried starter fluid when it dies but won't start, no help, not sure its a fuel related issue.

Thanks in advance

Does anyone know how to fix/replace a Knock Sensor 1, a Circuit Bank 1 or a Single Sensor?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I suggest deleting the trouble code and see if it comes back within a week or two. If it doesn't, it was intermittent fault and no further action is needed. If it comes back, check out the following components..

cold start drove about less than ten minutes from home when car started sputtering and jerking, turned off. managed to pull into a parking, tried to start again and it just turned over and cranked but did not start. waited a few, tried again and it was okay, got back home and have not driven it since. check engine light is on for P0325 and P0340.
just a side note prior to this there was no problems what so ever, just changed the oil like normal a few days ago.
thought i should mention my dad tried to degreased the engine and did not cover anything, as soon as he was done it did not start. we let it dry over night and everything was fine, started the next morning, drove to various places and was fine for two days driving normal. but today this happened and i am not sure whats going on. i mean other than the obvious water damage, but if anyone has troubleshooting tips so i can test sensors. or anything at all, i would really appreciate. (:
