1993 Mercury Villager

Hello, I am having brake problems with 1993 Mercury Villager. Problem is on the Right Front (driver's side) brake. I have replaced the Caliper, Brake Pads, ABS unit, Flexible hose, Master cylinder, all to no avail. I have read that others have had similar problems, but not many replies.

Have others sorted this problem out? any suggestions?

Just on a whim, I went out this morning and tried something a bit different. I pumped the Emergency brakes and it has now solved all my brake problems.

Hope others having similar problems see this and try it as well.
