how do i fix these two codes, stopped the sale of my car, she runs great but check engine light keeps coming on.

DTC P1451 Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Monitor & System
This DTC indicates a CV solenoid circuit fault. Possible causes are :
Open VPWR circuit
Open or shorted CV circuit
Faulty CV solenoid
Faulty PCM
DTC P1401 EGR System
This DTC indicates PCM has detected DPFEGR circuit input is above maximum. Possible causes for this fault are:
Open in DPFEGR circuit or SIG RTN circuit
DPFEGR circuit shorted to VREF or PWR circuit
VREF circuit shorted to PWR circuit
Faulty DPFEGR sensor
Faulty PCM
