1997 Mercury Tracer 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Ok I am having trouble locating where the serpintine belt tension bolt is. What kind of tool to use?

there is a tension pully that you turn.. the pully has a square hole you insert something into and turn it to release the belt.
