Transmission problem
1992 Mercury Tracer 4 cyl Automatic 57,000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
My car will not shift into overdrive, I was told the switch on the transmission was broke. Does this mean I need a new transmission or is there another solution?

you need to check what is that broken if it a solenoid and if so
then it can be replaced
I would suggest having a tranny shop take a look at it for you and give you an opinion
