radio turns off when in gear!!!

Just when ya think you've heard it all .......along comes bigdaddy .....gremlins??? Kidding!! Is the radio the factory installed? or an aftermarket install? Floor shifter or column shifter? was any dash work done previously? the more info the better!

I had the same problem with a 1996 sable. I changed the nuetral safety swith and the problem went away
