Hey cam,
Some questions first,

1. the O2's you replaced where not post cat?
2. the fuel control O2's operation where verified on scan data stream or labsbope?
any other info would help me more!
As to the cat monitor status ..... keep drivin' it, do you have access to "drive cycle" info, this may speed up the process for you

Regards,

Chris

1) the O2 is pre cat...long story short... replaced cats KICKED O2 ...Broken...AGGG!! replaced w/new that test low signal (2 different ones)... tried both spots... replaced w/a used one works great now...$58.00 wasted...
2) have not on a labscope... on my scanner I have
eng rpm 1352
load val 74.5%
temp 204
short term fuel trim 1 - 3.1%
long 1 - -4.9%
short 2 - .8%
long 2 - 4.6%
short 3 - -54.6%
long 4 - 5.4%
short term fuel trim 4 - 1.5%
at 37 mph
don't know if this helps.
I have the drive cycle instructions... the cat doesnt seem to reset though.

Cam,

1. do you have the ability to graph your O2's on your scanner?
2. STFT @ 3- -54.6 looks to be the culprit unless I'm reading your data wrong, which O2 is that referring to?
3. forgot to mention you may not be able to set the cat monitor as your fuel control O2's are in question, not too sure about fords strategies on the monitors test runs ....

Chris,
I can not graph O2 sensor
But i do have a couple now so maybe I will start switching them around!
Thanks for your help.
If you have any other ideas let me know.

Do you think the O2 will cause the MAF to show a code?

Thanks again,
Cam

Your showing a MAF code too??? or are your referring to the code description you've got? mfr fuel air metering refers to an O2 condition pending, fuel air metering =O2 or A/F sensor (on most asian applications) pm me if ya need to!
