Noises

I have a 2002 Mercury Sable and when I drive it makes wierd noises in the front. It sounds like a high pitch noise from the wheels. I dont know what it could be. Its really noticable the faster you get. It does it when I drive straight I dont even touch anything and it will do it. I dont think it is a power steering problem but like I said I dont know. Thanks if I get any help.

It still makes the noises even if i do not press the brakes.
