2002 Mercury Sable Should I Use a Chemical Cooling System C

Its been a couple of years since we've flushed the cooling system. Most online advice says to just change the coolant. Should I use a chemical flush? There is a bit of rust in the coolant reservour.

Just use a prestone super flush follow the instructions and then fill like normal with a 70% anti freeze 30% water mix. Thanks
