2001 Mercury Sable Strange happenings maybe a short

I left my key on this weekend and battery went dead. I jump started it and it ran fine for two days. This morning it was dead and it jump started it, but it wouldn't hold a charge so after work it wouldn't jump so i bought a new battery. When I hooked battery up the horn, lights, wipers wiper fluid shooting out, and trunk pops. It won't start or stop freaking out. If it was anti theft I don't think wipers and fluid and trunk would pop. I think some how my smart junction box shorted out?
