2001 Mercury Sable Rough start in morning

Hello. I have a Sable that starts real rough only in the morning after sitting out all night. It is currently giving me a PO302 code. I have had spark plugs and wires replaced, and the coil pack on the Duratec DOHC engine. It appears like the likely culprits have been replaced. Just looking for any advice at all.
