Air Conditioning problem
2001 Mercury Sable 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my compressor is running and is getting cold air to the ducts inside, i can feel the cold in the ducts but out of the ducts is hot air.
this just started today--it never happened before
where is the vacuum module or lever that controls the cold air through the ducts
