I replaced the idle air control valve, the throttle position sensor and the mass airflow senso on my car and If the idle aircontrol valve is plugged in it revs up to 4000 rpm and if I unplug it it goes down to 400 rpm. I don't know what else could be causing this. I'v also been told that there is no vacuum leak.
