I just purchased a used car from a dealership. I noticed a high-pitched noise from under the hood when I start the car. The noise continues all the while the car is on and I am driving. It is not a constant noise but is in perfect rhythm with the car. (toot, toot, tooot, tooot, (silence), toot). None of the lights have come on indicating problems, so I am wondering what could be wrong.
