2000 Mercury Sable Dash gauges and radio flicker while driv

From time-to-time (maybe few time a month) my Sable gauge lights (ABS, Low Fuel, Brake, Charge, Tachometer, etc) will all come on for a few seconds and then go back to normal. Also ,at the same time, the radio will cut-out with a loud "snow" sound, but then go back to normal in seconds. In addition, the climate control will also stop for a few seconds and come back on. All these symptoms happen at the same time, and always all of them at the same time.

When this happens the care runs fine!

Also, the battery is brand new.
