I already replaced power steering pump 4 times (currently has used OEM pump) and rebuilt rack from Pepboys. Also removed both pressure and return lines and blew them with compressed air to discover no clogging. Re-assembled and serviced reservoir and bled system turning steering wheel to arrive at the same annoying and exhausting nightmare! Upon turning off engine oil under alot of pressure expels via the reservoir cap. I give up with this car because I performed everything I could think of and still don't know why this is happening to this car. Is there anything I am missing? PLEASE HELP ME!
