1999 Mercury Sable please help me

You will have to check for spark, fuel pressure and injection pulse, and check all the sensors are connected, get a scan done as it may pick up the fault if it is a sensor, start here.

i replaced the spark plugs its getting spark believe me i was dumb enought to touch it and find out on the first one then i looked for the blue spark so its got spark i hooked noid lights up to each injector and it flashed which means they are getting electrical current scan tool comes back with no codes im thinking maybe it slipped a tooth in timing or maybe a cam sensor??? think i may be right?

valve timing should not be an issue as its a chain drive, but its worth checking just to make sure. You do have fuel rail pressure? If you have spark & injection pulse it will have to be a fuel delivery or timing issue, i would have a look here next.
