Service code indicates that O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Signal Intermittant. Bank 2 Sensor 1.
Where is this particular sensor located?

look at the spark plug wires in the front of engine. if the first spark plug wire has a 1 on it then thats bank one, if it has a 4 on it then its bank 2. your looking for the o2 sensor closest to the front of engine of the side with the 4 on it. i hope this helps
