1999 Mercury Sable Horn Location

Before replacing the horns, check the fuse and relay under the hood. Fuse is #19 15A inside the battery junction box - front center of engine compartment, behind the radiator, and the relay is inside relay box. Low pitch horn is at the right front of engine compartment, remove headlight for easier access. High pitch horn is at the opposite side.
