Spray a good amount of lube down around the plug, work the plug back and forth, with a mind to take it out, hopefully it is just carbon and not a crossed thread, try and remove the plug and run a thread chaser down to cut out any carbon.

Disconnect the wiring harness from the ignition coil pack, remove the four coil hold-down screws, and remove the coil pack for access to the spark plugs in cylinders 1, 2, and 3. Or, you can remove the entire plantum which is what I do because it gives you more room to pull the plug wire's. You might consider replacing your plug wires if they are original at this time.
