1998 Mercury Sable Signal Lights and 4way flasher

1998 Mercury Sable 60,000 miles

The above quit working a few days ago. My husband is away visiting missionaries and I live in a small town. I checked the fuse and it is okay.

Could you tell me how to take out the flasher so I can go to town and get one.
