When I first bought this it had sat and the hood would not open. The interior latch works. NowI have been in Iraq for 4 months and my galfriend cannot open it and I cannot remember what we did to get it open the last time. It seems to stick easily to the rubber gasket on the sides of the hood compartment and not want to open. The battery has died so she needs to jump it.
