turn signals not working

Turn signals and emerg flashers just quit. Replaced flasher, checked fuses. have power to fuses. ANY help would be appreciated. Thank You.

This happened to my 97 when I tried to use the emergency flashers....found no flashers and no more turn signals either !!! I pushed the emergency flasher button many times until the turn signals started to work again. Then told my wife to leave the flasher button alone. We can live without the flashers.

I saw KEEMOSABI's reply and it worked on my 21 year old 1997 Mercury Sable. I don't know how long they will continue to work but for now they are working again. Thanks KEEMOSABI.
