Here is the code def...
P0174 System too Lean (Bank 2)
If your vehicle is running fine then the most likely culprits are....
A bad O2 sensor and or an Exhaust Leak before the sensor.
It is fairly easy to change out an O2 sensor. There is a special socket to use in most cases other wise a wrench will work just fine. Your best bet to determine size is when you goto purchase the sensor have them get you the socket or wrench that fits.
