when I turn my heat on it makes a horrible load noise I believe its the blower motor if your blower motor is bad can that cause your heat not to work I mean it blows warm after a while but no tthe way it should

if the blower motor is faulty/weak then it will not blow out air as hard as it should, it doesn't really effect the temperature of the air being blown though.
