After starting the car, every time I first accelerate through the 20-25 mph range, a brief grinding rattle lasting about half a second occurs. With continued driving, this sound does not repeat. Turning the car off, then back on again (waiting 1 second or longer is enough) makes it so that the noise happens again just once around 20 - 25 mph. This is independent of accelleration, RPMs, engine temperature, and load.
