My engine is running rough like it`s only hitting on 4 cylinders. I thought it may be the fuel filter si I changed that. It ran fine for 3 days but it now is back to the way it was before. Any suggestions??

I would recheck the gas filter and the fuel
also check engine for tune up is it due for a tune up check spark plugs and its wires and so on

need manual CHECK IT @
