Transmission problem
1992 Mercury Sable Front Wheel Drive Automatic 180000 miles
I was driving my car to work and it was having some trouble accelortating. Then when I tried to go after stopping at a light it just reved. I turned it off and then back on and it drove for just a little bit before only reving again. I have done some research and it sounds like something just came disconnected. Any ideas what?? and if I could fix it myself? and where the problem is?
