All wiper control functions work fine except the wiper fluid spray. I believe that breaker #2 on the fuse panel controls the pump. Q#1...How do you test a circuit breaker to determine if it is working.
Q#2....Is the wiper fluid pump located on the bottom of the resurvoir? What other checks shall I make to determine why the fluid will not spray. FYI, the fluid resurvoir is full and I do not hear a pump running.....That is if you can actually hear that pump running??? Can you help?
