power seat motor on 95 Mercury Mystique not working

Hi! I have a 95 Mercury Mystique 2.5L V6 - 165000 km. The driver's seat has a 6-way power adjust and today, for some reason, when I went to move it into the reclining position, it just stayed there. The motor doesn't go at all, and I can't move my seat back into the upright position. Any way to fix this???
