Idle air control motor

Hi, I have a 96 mercury mystique GS 2.0 liter engine with 97,000 miles. I was told that I need an Idle air control motor, however when I look this up it brings up Idle air control valve. Is this the same part and if it is how difficult is it to change out :?:
