Mercury Mystique 1998 200,000miles plus,
my car has a few things wrong with it. The check engine ligth has been on for a couple of years, but the dealer told me that it wasn't anything that effected the car. The rear drivers side blinker and brake light don't always work, but its not the bulb, which I have changed. And the latest problem happened this afternoon. I stopped at a stop light and the car just died. It didn't sputter it just stopped. The ligthts and radio were still on and after putting hte car in park it started right away. Then it happened again as I was driving down the road about 5 mintues later. Again it started right away. Could this be an electrical issue related to my blinker? The problem is that I have to get a state inspection in a few days and so I need to get it fixed asap.
