Blown Head Gasket??

When I pour liquid, or antifreeze into my car I can see it seeping out Under the engine, and it runs down the parts, and all over unto the ground. When I hit the Gas, it squirts out more. Is this the head gasket? I have tried about 5 diffrent Stop leaks, and it all just leaks out.... What can this be, and how much to fix/repair.?

What kind of car, and where is th ecoolant leaking from, grab a flashlight and see if you can pinpoint the source of the leak. Other than that, it does sound like it could be a head gasket. Have the cooling system chemical tested for exhaust gasses
