My 1999 Mercury Mystique 2.5L V6 58,000Miles speedometer pegged all the way to 130MPH when I turned on the car after changing out a bad battery. It stays there even when I drive. The car seems to be running fine, I just can't tell how fast I'm going. Can you help me troubleshoot the problem?
