error code + "P1747 Manufacturer Specific Powertrain Trouble Code". One mechanic told me its tranmission, and another said its emission. PLEASE HELP!

The fault indicates a problem with the EPC solenoid circuit. This is a transmission code, and you will probably have to take it to a trans place to get it repaired.
