fuel filter is under vehicle on fuel rail, next to frame. You need FORD special fuel line service tool to release the fuel filter and replace it.

Here is a video that shows how

https://youtu.be/Boi0DPXVHbM

Here are some instructions in the diagrams below to show you how on your car.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

First of all thank you so much for your donation. If you have the gasoline engine that's where it is on the frame rail.

just a guess but i bet it is going to be under the vehicle bolted to the frame. if it is not there just follow the fuel lines either back from the fuel rail or forward from the fuel tank.

Usually it's mounted not far from the tank on a frame rail. 2 hoses held in place by 2 plastic clips. Pull the clips out and the lines come right off! Relieve the line pressure first!

The MAF at air filter can cause this too, is your check engine light(MIL) on? Here is the fuel filter location so you can change it out (diagrams below). You will need to watch this video on how to get the fuel line off the filter also go over this guide as well.

Like i said check fuel pressure, inspect/clean/replace MAF sensor at the air filter box. Last tune up was? Go with basics first, plug and wires, or in your case with COP(coil on plug) just the plugs. I am hearing loud noise in the front of my car on the drivers side. There is also a vibrating feeling. I think it may be my fuel filter, because a couple of months ago I was asked to replace it, but I didn't. Do you think that might be the problem? If I needed to replace the fuel filter would it make this kind of noise?

Go to parts store and have it scanned for codes. Report back with your findings.
